Here's a short video of just one of many injection molding machines in the LEGO Billund factory. Not very glorious at this point, but the final product is simply awesome!!
If you ever get the chance it's well worth a visit! It's amazing to see the modules with 64 moulding machines, all chugging away. The automation is very impressive, the boxes are all moved by robots and conveyors. And The warehouse is impressive too, it's eerie in the dark, just red lasers glinting everywhere. But usually it is strictly no photos!
